This forum supports Gravatar. If you go sign up there & upload your avatar (and use the same email address that you've used here) your avatar will automatically appear!
This also means that on the Web Fiction Guide forums (and possibly on wordpress blogs?) you'll have an avatar as well, so it's a 2-for-1 bonus deal!
I just thought doing it this way will save Nancy from the hassle of uploading the avatar plugin AND save space. :)
