I've tried to make it as legible as possible.
Is the bigger font size better? Are the PDFs useful?
Is there anything else I could be doing?

Got rid of the PDFS now as have changed the chapters to having light backgrounds. What do you think?
I've also made the main/front page less cluttered, and added the possibility of email alerts!

I miss the TOC on the front page, but one obvious click away is fine for me, too.
Black-on-grey does seem to be easier to read.

Lazy bum. The only thing is: is there a point having "latest updates" when you can see them in the sidebar? Or is the sidebar not visible enough?
