Introductions!
Last one in has to buy a round of drinks!
Please include random facts. They are fun.
Me: I am Anna, I'm the author, I like chocolate and the colour purple. I am tall and hence have big feet. It's annoying.

Hi, I'm Lynnie, or at least I play her on the interwebs.
I like chocolate (I'm a girl); denim and old leather are my favorite colours; I'm tall, too. I like creeks and cemeteries, fonts and old books, and almost every craft I've touched.
And bois.
Hrmm... And girls.
:-)
Lyn, random.

You can't like ALL fonts. Some are just gross.
-
Hi! I'm Nancy, writer and interweb addict. See my sig for the story I'm co-writing with another addict. :)
Lessee... random interesting tidbits... I live in a passive-solar house (i.e. concrete bunker with lots of south-facing windows) where I am outnumbered by menfolk (one human, one canine, and one feline). Parentheses are fun. Used to play trombone. Still love music.
Strange Little Band: Two psychics, one mega-corp, and all-around bad behavior -
I <3 passive solar (and grew up in a similar house, albeit a log cabin); I'm also outnumbered by males (1 husband, 2 felines) & <3 parentheses.
Used to play piano :-)
And, no, Anna, not ALL fonts. Just the good ones.
~Lyn

I used to play piano! Now I can't do anything, My brother's in a band though. I was thinking of buying a keyboard and trying to learn again. Or a ukelele cuz they're cute!
I'm not outnumbered by males: it's just me and my brother living together, so it's even!
I like em dashes.

HI Is Me :D
Found this from the link in amharte's siggy on the Dead Boyfriend forum. Very cool and I have started a thread in The Basement for it so look for more readers soon :)
Puddles = Insanity... Watch them... watch them CAREFULLY... they move... they move by themselves!!!! -
Hello, Me!
It's not my sandbox, but welcome anyway!
~Lyn
-
Hey Fan. You and your puddle sig lines!
Thanks for starting a thread of it, that's very sweet of you (and earns you points!). :) But, er... what is The Basement?
-
I was wondering that, too. Also wondering if there was another forum for me to go play in. Mine's gotten quiet lately.
~Lyn, afraid of the quiet.
-
Go play in the Dead Boyfriend forum?
-
*Facepalm* Sorries I fix now
now I fail at coding so here it is plain http://forum.novaseer.net/index.php
The Basement is also known as Lexy's Basement but I have started calling it THE basement since chap 400 of TOMU cus we got mentioned... my screen name was included *Blush* It is a nice safe place to hang out
-
HTML coding works here - there's lots of simple websites explaining how to do it.
Also, if you want an avatar, see the thread about avatars.
-
Amhart... I barely can do a bit of BBcoding and that is from over 2 years of posting on a forum that had buttons to insert the codes for me so I got to learn some of them... HTML is a mystery to me... I mentioned in another thread I have some dyslexia related learning disabilities so thing that have to be in a precise lay out tend to mystify me. and as for the avatar thing... I will think about it
-
Sorry Fan - only read that message after typing the one above here.
Oh well, pasting in links works just fine. :) And no pressure about the avatars, I just know some people (*cough Lyn cough* ) really like having them, which is why I pointed it out to you.
-
What? I'm innocent. Of something, at least.
I like pictures. *shrugs* It's the cutty pastey in me.
Darn it, my brain is doing free-association songing today...
We ride and never worry about the fall
I guess that's just the cowboy in us all...
http://www.cowboylyrics.com/lyrics/mcgraw-tim/cowboy-in-me-7064.html~Lyn, not a cowgirl. Much.
-
I likes pictures too! :D
I is not a cowgirl at all.
Anna - not a cowgirl.

I am late to this Above Ground forum party. :(
I'm Frances, I write Tales of Pneuma, I waste my time on Facebook games and once got a speeding ticket for skiing. I was 9.
-
Hi, Frances! :)
You're not late; this is an ongoing never-ending party.
How in the world did you get a speeding ticket for skiing!? I didn't know there were skiing speed limits! How fast were you going?
-
I have no idea how fast I was going... I do recall freaking out because I couldn't stop. So that probably had something to do with it.
